Display history of exam scores.

Add an option to display the results of every exam taken, the dates, and what elements were included.

Hi Norm,

Could you clarify what you see the main use case of this as being? You can already see a list for the currently selected pool, so this would just be that same page but with all exams on the same page, which doesn't seem all that useful to me. Feel free to convince me otherwise, though =]
