Add option to study multiple Subelements (ie G1-G4)

Allowing student to focus quiz practicing several sub-elements will more closely resemble exam, but allow practice on the elements read so far (skipping those not yet studied).

The plan for this is that there will be a "custom" option on the "I want to study..." dropdown which will pull up a dialog which you can use to select one or more sections or subelements; does that sound like it solves the problem you're wanting?
