User Flag weak explanations

I found some of the explanations (I’ve only seen the Tech exam) incomplete or not very clear. If a user could flag these, and maybe even add a comment (visible to developers), you could really improve the quality of education provided.

This is something we might do, but one thing that you may not have realized is that those explanations are provided by users, not by us -- you can sign into hamstudy.org and improve them yourself.
