Show emphasized words in flash cards

I believe it would be really convenient to see the emphasized (bolded) words while reading the flash cards, not just after they have been answered. I realize one drawback to that approach is that students begin to associate key words that aren't emphasized on the exam. But I believe it will speed up the study process.

My concern with doing this is that users may come to rely on the bolded words to find the correct answer; for that reason, I would not be willing to do it on the practice exams, but perhaps we could add it as an option for flashcards. The trick is that when you have too many options it starts to get tricky not to lose track of them =]
