Color blindness accessibility

While better than most apps, please Increase contrast between red and green when selecting answers. It is hard to tell which is correct when going back to review. Perhaps a visual indicator of a check or x would help within the UI for each answer. Additionally, this reads differently in light and dark modes and should work in both.

Interesting, I thought we had sufficient visual indicators which are not dependent on color, but I guess not. I appreciate the feedback and we'll take a look -- I think rather than increasing contrast we'll try to improve the other visual indicators.

Came here to add I definitely struggle to distinguish between the colors, and until I read your comment here I didn't see that the wrong answer letter was changing to an x
