Add option to exit quiz mode

When in the “read questions” mode, when you are done with a section, you can take a quiz, but there is no direct way to exit the quiz to go back to “read questions” in the same location. To accomplish that, I need to remember the section and tap into “read questions” and drill down into the section. Having a button or link that would exit quiz mode and take me back would be great to study/quiz section-by-section fast.

This isn't a high priority for me -- particularly because it's less trivial to set up than you might think -- but we're considering it as we look at the features we're working on for the new version of the app.
