Quiz/Cram Combo

I love the idea of being able to tell it that I DEFINITELY know a question and don’t need to see it as much or that I definitely don’t know it and need to see it more, but I wish I could do that WHILE quizzing. Would it be possible to add an option to be able to rate knowledge of questions WHILE quizzing? Perhaps it could be a show/hide option like the distractors.
