Change answer selection from mouseDown to mouseUp

Standard mouse selection is on mouseUp, not mouseDown. It would be nice to be able to click on an answer and have the selection made once mouseUp event fires. I am regularly credited with selecting the wrong answer simply becuase I have pressed down on the wrong answer, yet have not committed by releaseing the mouse/trackpad. This change would also allow the user to drag the cursor off of an answer before releasing in order to not commit to any answer. I love HamStudy.org, would not have pased my tech license without it.
