Show only the Correct answer in study mode

Add option to only view the question and the correct answers. This allows you to visualize the question/correct answer and not ever see a wrong answer. Useful for fast review to use visual memorizing just before taking the test.

This is already available using the "cram" mode sub-mode of study mode on the app -- on the right bar scroll down from the chart to find the option. On the website you can go into "read questions" and click "hide distractors" in the top right corner to hide all but distractors.
