Add keyword underlining or highlighting for correct answers

Sometimes there are no bolded words or so many bolded words that it can be difficult to focus attention. This would allow users to tailor theirs study to what jogs their own memory for an answer.

Definitely an interesting thought; it's not something that would be super easy to implement, but I'll keep the idea in mind as we work on the new version.

The currently bolded keywords use an automated algorithm, so sometimes it's pretty good and sometimes not.
