  I'm certainly willing to consider that, but I know literally nothing about it. If you can send me ( richard at hamstudy.org ) a copy of the question pools I can look at it. The more similar they are in structure the easier it would be to add them.

  I found that each state/county and FEMA and Homeland Security holds their own classes and tests for the COMT/COML
