Have a magnifying glass somewhere (maybe in the explanation?) that links to a google search link of the question. Or something like that

What is the goal of this suggestion? What problem are you trying to solve? Are you just wanting to find more information about the question quickly, or...?

Off hand it's not something I want to do, if only because it makes it too easy for someone on a restricted device using the app to end up somewhere they weren't supposed to be, but maybe with a bit more details on what you're looking for we'll either reconsider or find another solution to the problem.
