Allow for correcting/changing answers in study mode

Allow users to change/correct answers on flashcards in study mode. For example, sometimes I inadvertently touch the screen when studying and it submits the wrong answer even though I'm confident I know the right answer. The impact is that the app thinks I need to study that card, when I really don't. It would be nice to go back and manually change the answer to the correct one. Perhaps the color code could be blue or yellow to indicate that the previous attempt was manually changed/corrected (and perhaps that can not be allowed twice in a row or something).
